Brooklyn, New York: Here is a link to a photo album to an After Party for the 2009 Belize Fest in Brooklyn.

The 2009 Belize Fest was an annual Cultural Festival that took place behind Boys & Girls High School.

The Garifuna After Party took place at a venue called Mundo Maya, a Sports Bar/Restaurant type place in the East New York section of Brooklyn.

I had accompanied Garifuna Performer COCOMAN (formerly of pioneering boy band, Garifuna Kids), who had just performed at The 2009 Belize Fest. Titiman Flores, a Garifuna Singer from Belize, was performing at the venue when we arrived.

The date of this After Party was July 18th 2009 or July 19th 2009. You know the date changes at Midnight, right? Running around with Cocoman, it’s very easy to lose track of time.
