Belize, Central America – Belizean Garifuna Teacher and Writer, Wellington Ramos spread the word that Belizean Garifuna Paranda Singer-Musician, Mr. Paul Nabor will be receiving a $500 monthly pension from the Belizean Government for the rest of his life in honor of his lifetime artistic contribution to World Music.

This news was made during a celebration of the 83rd Birthday of The Paranda Master, Mr. Paul Nabor. During this celebration, Mr. Paul Nabor also signed a memorandum of intent to establish an annual Paranda Music Festival.
