This Community Center is located at a former Church Convent for Saint Augustine Catholic Church in the Bronx. 1184 Fulton Avenue, Bronx, New York, 10456.

Saint Augustine Catholic Church, located at 1183 Franklin Avenue at E. 167th Street was closed in 2011 and demolished in 2013.
