La Ceiba, Honduras, Central America – Shocking news out of La Ceiba, Honduras where elderly Garifuna Man, Silvinio Alvarez Sabio, 69 Years Old, was murdered in a machete attack, allegedly by his own son on Thursday, April 13th 2023.

After the machete attack, Mr. Silvinio Alvarez Sabio was taken to Mario Catarino Rivas Hospital in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, for medical assistance, but eventually passed away from his injuries on Sunday, April 16th 2023.

Authorities are on trail of Mr. Silvinio Alvarez Sabio’s son, Josue Amed Alvarez, who allegedly committed the murder in the East Irias neighborhood and fled after the fact. Anyone who has seen Josue Alvarez are encouraged to contact the authorities.
