Planet Earth — The November 2025 through December 2025 Conversational Garifuna Language Course taught by Garifuna Language Expert, Milton Guity Sr, began in November 2025.

The Conversational Garifuna Language Class takes place over the Zoom Application, allowing people interested in learning to speak the Garifuna Language to participate from anyplace in the world, as long as they have access to the Internet. The Course is designed to familiarize students with the Basics of the Garifuna Language.

Greetings, Salutations, Numbers, Basic Sentence Structure, Relatable Scenarios, etc are all explored. Students of Garifuna Heritage get an opportunity to use Technology to learn to speak the Garifuna Language, something beyond our Ancestors Dreams.

Garinagu in the class also get an opportunity to take Ownership of Our Heritage. Non-Garifuna Students get to learn a Rare Language that tells the story of a unique people.

The Course is 8 Weeks long and takes place on Wednesday nights at 7pm New York City Time. The Course costs $70 and you must call the Teacher, Mr. Milton Guity Sr, to make arrangements and be a part of the Class.

A couple of classes were postponed due to the Holidays and Private Matters that took place in that time, so as of this writing, the Conversational Garifuna Language Class is still going on in January 2026.
