This Catholic Mass, entirely delivered in the Garifuna Language, will be presided over by Catholic Priest of Honduran Garifuna Heritage, Father Tomas Cacho.

In addition to Father Tomas Cacho, Father Edward Mason and Deacon Victoriano Elijio will also be present at this Catholic Mass.

The first Garifuna Mass featuring Father Tomas Cacho that I attended was in 2009.

At the time, it was already an ongoing, annual event. I do not know when Father Tomas Cacho began doing these Catholic Garifuna Masses in Brownsville, Brooklyn.

When I first started this website, I included a calendar of various Garifuna events across the United States and Central America.
Maintaining the calendar turned out to be a big headache and ultimately more trouble than it was worth.
If there is more demand for a Garifuna calendar, I will consider including it on this website.
