Bronx, New York – The Website of The Bronx Times Newspaper mentioned and linked to the BEING GARIFUNA website as a reference in an article about the recent, tragic Bronx Subway Shooting Incident, where American Teenager of Guatemalan Garifuna Heritage, Kymani Woods was fatally shot.

The Bronx Times article, by reporter Camille Botello, provided an update on the case, where Police announced that an arrest was made. Her mention of BEING GARIFUNA website was in reference to identifying shooting victim, Ky-Mani Woods’s, ethnicity.
