Bronx, New York – Today is the Day, People. SUNDAY, September 8th 2024 in the lovely Borough of The Bronx, The 2024 Central American Independence Parade and Festival will take place.

Filled with poignant examples of Central American Culture (Clothing, Food, Dance, Music, Etc) and Heritage, this FREE Civic and Cultural Event will provide plenty of experiences and hopefully happy memories for the entire family.

The 2024 Central Central American Independence Parade will start at The Happy Land Fire Memorial on East Tremont and Southern Boulevard.

.

The Parade starts at 12 Noon. Parade Watchers are encouraged to come early to secure a good spot to watch the Parade along the Parade Route.

After the Parade, Starting with the singing of The National Anthems of Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador and Costa Rica, as well as speeches by Elected Officials and other Notable Figures, The 2024 Central American Independence Cultural Festival will begin.

The 2024 Central American Independence Cultural Festival takes place in Crotona Park in the Bronx. You can take the #2 Train to the 174th Street Subway Station.
